Join us in shaping future-ready, creative-first marketers in today’s content-driven digital landscape.About the Role:As a Creative Marketing Trainer – Batch Coach (PG Programs) for IIDE’s flagship 11-month Postgraduate Program in Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing creative, confident, and industry-ready marketers.This role goes far beyond classroom teaching. You will own the creative growth, professional readiness, and behavioural development of an assigned batch. A strong hands-on creator mindset is essential—this role demands comfort with cameras, shooting content, being on-camera, scripting, editing, and post-production.What You’ll DoCore Teaching & Creative TrainingDeliver structured, practical sessions on:Marketing fundamentals, research, and strategyCore marketing principles including funnels, branding basics, STP, and marketing mixAudience research, competitor analysis, insight interpretation, and creative strategy mappingCreative Thinking & IdeationTeach idea generation frameworks, campaign thinking, brand storytelling, and concept developmentVideo & Content Marketing (Core Focus)Train students on:Video strategy and content formatsScriptwriting and storyboardingCamera handling and shooting techniquesOn-camera performance and confidence buildingEditing fundamentals and post-production workflowsPlatform optimisation for Instagram, YouTube, and short-form platformsOrganic Social Media MarketingGuide students on content planning, engagement strategies, and creative performance evaluationCommunication & Presentation SkillsDevelop business communication, articulation, pitching clarity, and confidenceClient Servicing & PitchingTrain students on brief understanding, expectation management, feedback handling, pitching decks, storytelling, and objection handlingBatch Ownership & CoachingOwn academic progress, engagement, discipline, and overall success of the assigned batchTrack attendance, participation, assignments, and learning gapsConduct regular check-ins to address:Academic challengesBehavioural issuesMotivation and confidence gapsAct as the first point of contact for batch-level student escalationsGuide students on professional behaviour, industry expectations, and classroom etiquetteCareer, Placement & Portfolio CoachingCoach students on:Creative and video-led portfolio creationInterview preparation and mock interviewsPersonal branding and professional presentationMentor students to align creative strengths with suitable career pathsSupport placement readiness in collaboration with outreach teamsClassroom & Academic OperationsDeliver sessions as per curriculum and defined schedulesCreate and evaluate:MCQsPre-tests and post-testsPractical creative assessmentsMaintain classroom records, learning resources, and academic documentationEnsure classroom readiness, including basic tech and learning setupStudent Development & MentorshipProvide structured, honest feedback on student performanceIdentify high-potential and at-risk students and take corrective actionMentor students to become confident, creative, and industry-ready marketersEvents & Creative Culture ContributionActively support and participate in:Orientation programsStudent showcasesCreative events and workshopsMock interviews and juriesContribute to building a strong creative culture within the PG programRequirementsMust-Have:
  • 5–7 years of experience in:
  • Creative marketing
  • Content creation
  • Video marketing or digital marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with cameras, shooting, scripting, editing, and post-production
Comfortable:
  • Being on camera
  • Shooting content for others and self
  • Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or agency environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
  • High empathy, patience, discipline, and an ownership mindset
  • Passion for teaching, creativity, and student development
  • Based in Mumbai and open to full-time, on-campus work
Should-Have:
  • Experience mentoring cohorts, teams, or junior professionals
  • Familiarity with creative workflows, pitching processes, and social media trends
Nice-to-Have:
  • Certifications in marketing, content creation, filmmaking, or education
  • Exposure to student success, academic operations, or batch management roles
