The Sales Trainer will also collaborate with management to assess training needs and ensure alignment with company goals.Qualifications

Strong Presentation Skills and proven experience in conducting Sales Trainings
Expertise in Training & Development with the ability to create effective training programs
Excellent Communication skills to foster team engagement and effective delivery of content
Customer Service aptitude to understand and address client-focused sales strategies
Proven ability to motivate and coach sales professionals for higher performance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience in the retail, POS, or technology industry is a plus
