- Collaborate with other agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements
- Use agile engineering practices and various software and Veeva technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience.
- Translate business, and functional requirements into documented technical specifications or User Stories and ensure solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation.
- Utilize development skills to build and unit test functionality per technical specifications with an eye towards automated regression and unit test scripts.
- Communicate with business stakeholders about Agile processes to set and manage expectations about delivery methods and timelines, estimate efforts and report on the work progress.
- Continuously reach out to internal clients demonstrate and validate developed functionality.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of work experience developing, configuring and deploying solutions in the Veeva CRM environment
- Proven track record in Veeva CRM solution development including additional features and systems (Veeva VAULT, ALIGN, MyInsight), or integrated services (Web Services, APIs, Apex classes, Apex exchange products and Javascript/angular js).
- 1+ years of work experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Experience in Veeva CRM and Salesforce development is a must.
- Knowledge of working in a multi-org Veeva CRM platform architecture and its supporting infrastructure components.
- Experience with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications and application security
- Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information
- Ability to work in complex environment and enjoy working autonomously.
- Ability to write and speak in the English language.
