Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end hiring processes.
Drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives to strengthen recruitment practices and enhance overall efficiency.
Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role specifications, and organizational needs.
Develop well-defined job descriptions and structured interview frameworks aligned with position requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and coaching on recruitment strategies, talent market insights, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
10+ years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial HR role within the services or BFSI sector.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic recruitment expertise.
Proven ability to build efficient, scalable, and effective hiring processes.
