💼 Role: Senior RecruiterWhat You'll Do:Be the strategic hiring partner for clients and internal teams—understand requirements deeply, ask the right questions, and deliver talent that fits, fast.Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job ads, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers—you name it.Go beyond traditional sourcing: don’t just rely on job boards—leverage social media, niche communities, referrals, AI-driven tools, ATS magic, and your own network.Bring market intelligence to the table: track competitor hiring, salary benchmarks, and emerging talent pools to keep us ahead.Constantly experiment, innovate, and refine—because recruitment isn’t static, and neither are we.What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of hardcore recruitment experience across domains.
- Proven track record of hiring under tight timelines in high-volume or niche environments.
- Full grasp of modern recruitment tools, ATS, AI sourcing techniques, boolean searches, and talent mapping.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills—you can push back, influence, and deliver without losing trust.
