- 5+ Years of Experience in HR leadership for people management
- Exposure to fast paced, growth oriented environment (e.g, startups , rapidly scaling business).
- Background in financial services, private equity or start ups is preferred , for better understanding of business context and working style.
- Building strong recruitment strategies to support rapid hiring needs
- Setting up clear frameworks for HR operations, policies and employee handbooks
- Designing and implementing performance evaluation systems
- Driving initiatives that foster a positive ,motivated and high performing culture
- Identify talent pool of candidate to work at various roles.
- MBA in HR or Equivalent
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the founders on people strategy and organisational design.
- Advising on organisational structure, workforce planning and culture building initiatives.
- Handling day-to-day HR operations like leave management , payroll processing, statutory compliance and HRMS management (KEKA)
- Willing to be based on Mumbai (Andheri)
- Helping the founders on strategic initiatives ,special projects and broader problem-solving beyond just HR.
