- 6+ Years of Experience in HR leadership for people management
- Exposure in fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with startups or rapidly scaling business
- Background in IT products company or B2B SaaS startup is preferred
- Building strong recruitment strategies to support rapid hiring needs
- Setting up clear frameworks for HR operations, policies and employee handbooks
- Designing and implementing performance evaluation systems
- Driving initiatives that foster a positive, motivated and a high performing culture
- Identify talent pool of candidates to work at various roles.
- MBA in HR or Equivalent
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the founders on people strategy and organisational design.
- Advising on organisational structure, workforce planning and culture building initiatives.
- Handling day-to-day HR operations like leave management, payroll processing, statutory compliance and HRMS management.
- Helping the founders on strategic initiatives, special projects and broader problem-solving beyond just HR.
