Key Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure Maintenance & Support:Maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and applications.Ensure smooth operation of IT systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Data Security & Integrity:Implement security measures to protect company data.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with ISO standards.Procurement & Installation:Manage procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.Oversee the procurement process for IT resources and ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting:Monitor and troubleshoot IT system performance, ensuring that all systems function optimally.Resolve connectivity issues and performance bottlenecks to ensure uninterrupted services.Vendor Coordination:Coordinate with external vendors and partners for IT services and solutions.Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure that IT solutions meet company needs.Policy Development & Implementation:Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.Ensure adherence to established protocols for system operations, security, and data management.Project Management:Coordinate and manage IT-related projects from inception to completion.Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting budget and quality standards.Technical Support & Training:Provide technical support and training to employees, ensuring efficient use of IT resources.Address IT-related issues and resolve them in a timely manner.Skills and Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Certifications in IT-related fields (e.g., Network+, CCNA, MCSA) are a plus.Experience:3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support.Experience in ISO audits related to data security and IT efficiency.Technical Skills:Proficient in managing servers, network devices, and IT applications.Strong understanding of data security protocols, firewalls, and backup systems.Soft Skills:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
