Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
Develop project plans that outline scope, timelines, costs, and resources needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved and to resolve any issues.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, presenting updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Enhance team collaboration and foster a positive project environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
