The role involves handling leads, building itineraries, converting sales, and ensuring smooth execution of bookings while delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities:- Handle inbound/outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.- Understand client needs, suggest destinations, and create tailored itineraries within budget.- Share quotations, explain inclusions/exclusions, and convert leads into bookings.- Manage CRM stages (Captured - Contacted - Quoted - Negotiation - Won/Lost) with timely follow-ups.- Provide details on flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, visas, and insurance.- Coordinate with ticketing, visa, operations, and finance teams for smooth booking.- Send confirmations, vouchers, and checklists; handle reschedules or cancellations.Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience in travel sales (B2C/B2B).- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and visa processes.- Ability to manage time, multitask, and achieve sales targets.- Customer-first attitude with basic knowledge of pricing and margins.Work Environment & Benefits:- 5-day work week with rotational offs.- Availability during peak travel seasons and holidays.- Attractive incentives linked to sales performance.
