Conduct in-depth market research to stay abreast of customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies; translate insights into actionable sales plansCollaboration & Alignment:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies, share feedback, and optimize the customer journeySales Enablement:
Drive adoption of sales tools, resources, and training programs to ensure the team is equipped to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environmentCRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools; generate reports and dashboards to monitor performance and highlight areas of improvementContract Management:
Lead high-value negotiations, close complex deals, and oversee contract management in collaboration with legal and finance teamsThought Leadership:
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as a sales leader and advocate for the brand.What Makes You a Great FitBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a strong advantageMinimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in inside sales, business development, or sales leadership rolesProven success in building, leading, and scaling high-performing inside sales teamDeep understanding of the U.S. B2B market, including customer buying behavior, sales channels, and emerging trendsStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a dynamic, target-driven environmentExperience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales tools to drive productivity and insightsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and make data-informed decisionsHigh level of energy, accountability, and a growth-oriented mindset
