Role Description: Associate will be responsible for analysis and requirement gathering with customerAnalyze various Databases, Data sources and come up with Data Models and data mapping Work with business SMEs, Product owners and Solution Architect to understand the requirements and author business requirement documents with detailed design, flows, use cases and solution approach. including data model and data mapping as and when needed.Work in an agile and flexible mannerGood communication and BA experience in Insurance domain
Competencies: Business Analysis, ORACLE SQL
Experience (Years): 6-8
Essential Skills: • Should have on requirement analysis, Design and requirements gathering with regular interaction with customers.• Should be good in SQL to analyze various Databases, Data sources and come up with Data Models• Should be able to do data mapping based on data analysis.• Should be able to discuss in depth with business and technical teams and create Business Requirement Documents having use cases and detailed solution approach.• Should have functional/ domain experience in Insurance.
Desirable Skills: 1) Preferable- Some experience in Data Migration2) Insurance domain related certifications3) Exp in Acturial and PowerBI is plus
