- Understand client technical requirements and business needs to propose appropriate solutions.- Provide technical expertise to the sales team and clients during pre-sales discussions.- Prepare comprehensive Techno Commercial Sales proposal, including correct cost estimates, to meet clients requirements.- Should be able to identify, manage and communicate the Project specific technical risks and opportunities.- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs and tenders with tailored solutions.- Close Interactions with Sales/technical teams to ensure smooth job handover post job acquisition.- MUST have a deep understanding of technical functionality of BMS/HVAC and associated latest technologies.- Experience in technical pre-sales of Building Management Solutions (BMS) products and solutions.
