Role ObjectiveTo handle inbound and outbound lead calling, qualify interested prospects, and schedule site visits for builder tie-ups in the West Pune micro-market (Hinjewadi, Wakad, Tathawade, Baner, Punawale, etc.)—with the goal of maximizing site visits and increasing conversion readiness.Key Responsibilities—Task-
  • Call qualified leads (data provided)
  • Understand and explain builder projects, offers, pricing
  • Schedule and confirm site visits
  • CRM updates and tagging
  • Coordination with field sales for walk-ins & closures
  • Lead warming via WhatsApp & follow-ups
Target-
  • 200+ dials / 100+ call connects per weekday
  • 6 Qualified Prospects/day
  • 10+ visits/week
  • 100% daily compliance
  • Especially weekends

Experience: 1–2 years in real estate pre-sales (broking/IPC/marketing agency)Project Knowledge: West Pune projects by VTP, Kolte Patil, Gera, Kohinoor, etc.Local Area Knowledge: Comfortable with Hinjewadi, Wakad, Punawale, Tathawade, Baner etcLanguages: Marathi (preferred), Hindi, EnglishMobility: Not mandatory, but own two-wheeler is a plusTech Tools: WhatsApp Business, basic CRM usage, call log trackingSalary & Incentives
  • Fixed CTC: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month (based on experience)
  • Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 per confirmed booking
  • Travel Reimbursement: ₹3/km (for weekend or ad-hoc support on-site)
Working Schedule
  • 6 Days/Week: Includes Saturdays and Sundays
  • Weekly Off: Any one weekday (usually Monday)
