Technical Project Manager - Cargo Systems Implementation - 10+ Years - Pan IndiaWe are hiring a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Airline Cargo Management Systems to lead large-scale IT implementation programs. This role requires expertise in project governance, system integrations, stakeholder management, and delivering enterprise technology solutions within the aviation domain.Location - Remote (Pan India)Your Future Employer - A global IT and digital engineering services organization delivering enterprise transformation, cloud, and system integration solutions to leading international clients across aviation, travel, logistics, and other industries.Responsibilities - * Lead end-to-end IT implementation of Airline Cargo Management Systems such as iCargo, Cargospot, CargoSuite, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to drive system design, integrations, APIs, and data migration activities.
  • Ensure alignment of technology solutions with airline cargo business processes and global messaging standards (Cargo-IMP/Cargo-XML).
  • Manage senior stakeholders, cross-functional IT teams, and external vendors while adhering to PMI governance frameworks.
  • Identify project risks, mitigate technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Requirements - * 10-15 years of Project Management experience within IT services or technology environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Airline Cargo/Logistics system implementations.
  • Experience with cargo platforms such as iCargo, Cargospot, Mercator CargoSuite, Accelya, SITA Cargo, or Unisys Cargo.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud-based systems, and data migration.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
