Job descriptionPosition Overview: The role involves developing, implementing, and
oversee training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped with the
necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's
strategic goals and business needs. * Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learningmodules, workshops, and manuals. * Incorporate various instructional techniques and technologies tomaximize learning outcomes. * Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels,including onboarding for new hires, leadership development, and
skills enhancement. * Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater todifferent learning styles. * Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps andareas for improvement.Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine
training requirements and priorities. * Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure theeffectiveness of training programs. * Analyze feedback and training outcomes to continuously improvetraining initiatives. * Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep training programscurrent and relevant.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation. * Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments to aligntraining initiatives with organizational goals. * Lead and manage a team of training professionals, providingguidance and support as needed.Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,
or a related field. * Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and gaps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and adapt to evolving
