HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirementsMaintain HR documentation, policies, and employee recordsOversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination3. Performance ManagementImplement and manage performance appraisal systemsSupport goal setting, KPIs, and employee development plansAddress performance concerns and provide solutions4. Employee Engagement & RetentionDrive employee engagement initiativesHandle employee grievances and disciplinary mattersPromote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate development programsSupport leadership development and succession planningQualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)3–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or senior executive roleStrong knowledge of HR practices and labour lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systemsKey CompetenciesLeadership & team managementDecision-making and problem-solvingConfidentiality & professionalismStrong organizational skills
