Jira Administrator

- Own and manage the entire Atlassian stack including JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud Server, or Data Center)
- Lead design and implementation of complex JIRA workflows, permission schemes, customer fields, and automation rules tailored for Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and ITIL processes.
- Design and administer Confluence spaces, templates, access structures, macros, and content strategies to support knowledge management and team collaboration
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Security or Database Administrator role.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You have working knowledge of Jira, atlassian, customization & development and scripting language
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
