- Enable the assigned squad(s) by eliminating blockers optimizing operations facilitating ceremonies etc.
- Coach team members on their role utilizing the Agile platform
- Work with fellow Scrum Masters to share information and facilitate continuous improvement
- Facilitate all relevant Agile ceremonies (sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives backlog refinement sessions etc.)

Applies ground rules to foster clear communication in a collaborative meeting describing how the introduction of ground rules impacts the interaction. Understands the importance of the team following up on their actions.
