- Handle front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage office administration and daily coordination tasks
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
- Handle courier, dispatch, and office supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and proper office management
- Assist HR/admin in day-to-day activities
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
- Presentable and professional personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in admin/reception preferred
