We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Strategy & Transformation Manager to support Business Management activities & strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver insights and operational improvements for leadership stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior management and visiting executives.
  • Develop business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings including Risk & Compliance, quarterly performance reviews, and Board presentations.
  • Support preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.
  • Reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth & scale
  • Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Prepare presentations for quarterly business reviews and ensure business decks are regularly updated for leadership and stakeholder consumption.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Project Management, Business Management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
