- Strategic Operations
- Manage and execute domain initiatives and projects by working closely with senior stakeholders, applying strong project management discipline.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and next steps, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Drive project meetings, coordinate actions across contributors, advance activity as appropriate and track progress against milestones.
- Support preparation of leadership-ready materials (presentations, updates, trackers), ensuring they meet EY standards and are ready for circulation.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve processes, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Act as a single point of coordination with relevant C&I domains and CBS Functions (e.g., BMC, Finance, Technology, AWS) to support delivery of project outcomes.
- Operational Excellence
- Support consistent execution of operational processes by maintaining clear documentation, governance artifacts, and reporting.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance ways of working within the domain.
- Maintain and manage knowledge repositories, databases, SharePoint sites, and content libraries, including regular review and validation of materials.
- Share knowledge, insights, and updates with stakeholders using agreed communication channels.
- Support preparation of status reporting and dashboards, ensuring clarity in coordination with Performance & Data Insights where applicable.
- Assist the triage of requests for ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and information, helping to embed new ways of working and reinforcing self-service where possible.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop strong working relationships across domains, functions, and pods, anticipating needs and supporting broader team objectives.
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations, providing clear, timely updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
- Act as a trusted delivery partner to leadership by ensuring follow-through on actions and high-quality execution.
- Participate actively in regular update calls and forums, contributing insights and supporting other team members as needed.
- Facilitate coordination across geographically dispersed teams to enable smooth execution and alignment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting operational process design, improvement, and handoff.
- Competence in reporting, data visualization, and storyboarding, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
- A client-focused mindset, with the ability to respond to changing needs and redirect effort as required.
