- Partner with leadership to help translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans within the aligned domain.
- Support the design and implementation of short- and long-term initiatives/projects that deliver on strategic priorities, monitoring progress against milestones.
- Oversee domain-specific processes, driving clarity, consistency, and timely execution across stakeholders.
- Prepare strategic inputs for leadership (e.g., decks), synthesizing content into clear narratives and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Operations Team Lead and counterparts, plus other Domain teams, to coordinate cross-domain priorities, ensuring operational delivery supports strategic impact.
- Support performance monitoring and governance alongside Core Services.
- Leverage Performance & Data Insights for analytics and intelligence to guide decisions and monitor impact.
- Identify and drive efficiencies in relevant areas through automation, standardization, and best practices.
- Assess emerging technologies and tools to enhance operational agility and responsiveness.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Strategic Operations team.
- Support governance forums and prepare executive-ready updates leveraging data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Essentials, Dynamics, etc.) in coordination with Performance & Data Insights.
- Drive quality and alignment with Core Services and Performance & Data Insights across domain processes, ensuring clarity in roles, handoffs, and workflows.
- Assist with additional reporting and analysis requests, help manage stakeholder expectations, and reinforce self-service options.
- Build strong relationships across domains, functions, and pods to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing recommendations based on operational insights.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across domains, functions, and pods for smooth execution of initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in operational process creation, improvement, and handoff.
- Proficiency in reporting tools, data visualization, and storyboarding to create impactful prompts for decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
