
Web & Digital Marketing Project Manager

- Participate in building and planning the overall roadmap, making sure it’s aligned with the Company strategy and business goals.
- Identify and analyze internal and external customer requirements to meet end-to-end scenarios.
- Collaborate with leadership, product management, product marketing, UX, Web Strategy, data analysts, engineering to arrive at the ideal user experience.
- Produce business requirements to communicate the customer value propositions and business objectives to the designers, developers, and testers.
- Develop and maintain project timelines for small to medium-sized projects and communicate them to all involved parties.
- Organize sprint planning and retrospective meetings, ensuring the requirements you’ve defined are understood and delivered.
- Ensure key metrics are defined so project goals can be tracked.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and Customer Support.
- Execute with designers, developers, and testers to implement the requirements you’ve helped define.
- Operate independently and efficiently to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects simultaneously and successfully.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing software and, specifically web projects.
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
- Good knowledge in digital marketing, usability, graphic design, digital content, web technologies and trends.
- Good understanding of key web projects metrics (i.e.: page views, bounce rate, conversion rate, user demographics, etc.).
- Good understanding of online metrics (i.e.: website performance, email marketing success, CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
- Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS and working with Web Content Management Systems.
- Good knowledge and working experience with different Project Management Systems.
- Good understanding of risk management and stakeholder management.
- Familiar with different Project Management Methodologies.
- Good sense of teamwork, personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
- Good problem solving, cross-group, and leadership skills.
- Good customer advocate and self-starter mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks competently.
- Knowledge of the market for infrastructure management technologies, platforms and trends will be considered a plus.
