- B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing with significant experience in automation.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with a successful SaaS product.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Playwright.
- Strong expertise in building test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages like PHP, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, and React.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools like Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
- Deep understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience in integrating security testing and security best practices in test automation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train team members across departments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of product features, UI/UX considerations, application workflows, and business processes.
- Strong business acumen to align testing strategies with product goals and end-user expectations.
