JOB RESPONSIBILITY In this role, you will be primarily responsible to recognize trends in data to plan projects and monitor the daily operations, but are not limited to: Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed. Selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports and their associates; including planning and assigning work Create and maximize relationships with client partners. Mentor associates and co-workers and help them enhance the business delivery. Work on test failure analysis, identify root causes and fix issues. Manage and review operational reports. Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards; define and implement any corrective actions needed to meet operational performance. Create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues in a professional and timely manner. Participate in cross functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions - Training, HR, Quality, WFM, TA- and partner to define action plans that resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Handle a team of team leaders. Able to connect with onshore leadership, chair the meeting and conduct governance reviews. Drive automation agenda & process improvements Spearhead people initiatives in the areas of employee engagement, development, and talent management QUALIFICATION Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 6-8 years health care or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background EXPERIENCE 12-18 years of overall experience Experience in Membership function an added advantage. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willing to working in shifts. Excellent knowledge on MIS & PowerPoint Innovation mindset Change management.
