  • Effective account management skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals efficiently while creating win-win scenarios that align with both client needs and company goals.
  • Advanced customer relationship management capabilities to understand and meet client needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer success.
  • Ability to perform data analysis to monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Manage and nurture leads, converting them into successful sales opportunities by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement innovative lead-generation activities and outreach plans.
  • Negotiate terms of sale with clients to achieve optimal agreements that satisfy both customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Provide detailed feedback and reports on sales activities and performance, assisting in the refinement of sales strategies.
