We are looking for an experienced leader to build & own our Enterprise Business.We are looking for a leader who has 15+ years of experience in GMC Insurance Sales, built & led teams, consistently hit targets and thrive in taking full ownership of the business.The leader will own the end to end P&L of the business, including sales, account management, and renewals of our enterprise customers. The leader would work closely with both the Founders and the entire core leadership team and directly to the CEO.This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a senior leader in the insurance industry who needs an extra-ordinary challenge, and wants to push well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles.Experience and QualificationsAt least 15+ years of GMC (group medical cover) insurance sales experience at an insurance broking firm, with a track record of exceeding targetsExperience selling complex deals into large organizations, preferably tech organizations like Google & MicrosoftExperience attracting & hiring high quality sales and business talentExperience of planning and owning P&L
