Job Description:This role is essential in ensuring that operations run smoothly while meeting production demands and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Job Description:The Operational Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production and distribution of products through effective coordination across multiple teams. The primary responsibilities include:1. Production Planning:- Collaborate with the marketing team, customers, and the Operations & Maintenance team at the plant to align production schedules and strategies.- Implement micro and macro planning approaches to ensure smooth coordination and communication among all stakeholders.2. New Product Development:- Develop new product codes in accordance with business needs to streamline production and inventory processes.3. Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare and distribute Daily Management Information System (MIS) reports covering Operations, Sales, Logistics, Maintenance, and other relevant areas to provide transparency and drive informed decision-making.4. Inventory Management:- Monitor stock levels of raw materials closely and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent shortages, ensuring continuous production flow.5. Packaging Coordination:- Ensure that packaging styles are appropriate per customer specifications to maintain product integrity during transport, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.6. Logistics Coordination:- Work in conjunction with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products, addressing any potential shipping concerns proactively.7. Departmental Liaison:- Act as a communication bridge between various departments, facilitating smooth operations and promptly addressing any issues that arise during the production and logistics processes.Qualifications:BE with Diploma in Management and having 8 to 12 years of Experience in Operational Planner and MIS Role.- Proven experience in operational planning or production management.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Skills:- Attention to detail- Problem-solving capabilities- Strong organizational skills- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
