Job Title: Regional Sales Manager(Project & Channel Sales) Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for driving sales growth by managing key project sales and expanding the channel sales network.- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Project and Channel sales.- Identify and establish relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors, and distributors.- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.- Ensure effective communication and coordination between the project and channel sales teams.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.- Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding new channel partners.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns.- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new products. Key Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in sales, specifically in project and channel sales within the building material industry.- Strong understanding of building materials such as Tiles, Cement Board, Wooden Flooring, Sanitaryware etc.- Strategic thinker with strong industry connections- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and distributors Skills:- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.- Strategic planning and business development acumen.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
