BIM Manager

• You'll be responsible for overall Planning, Design, P&L activities, Strategy formulation, Operations and Cost estimation and preparing financial projections.
• You'll interact with internal & external stakeholders to develop requirement specific solutions.
• You'll design, prepare and guide the Engineers to do Architecture and Structural BIM models/MEP BIM Models and construction drawings.
• You'll review Architects or Structural engineers designs to aid in the development of BIM models and design documents
• You'll review manufacturers or fabricators prints to aid in the development of BIM models and design documents.
• You'll perform walkthroughs of models using Revit for project stakeholders and provides general conceptual input to projects during the planning stages.
• You'll perform tasks such as verification of BIM model integrity, clash detection with other disciplines.
• You'll communicate regularly with other disciplines, project engineers to support project production.
• You'll seek out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
• You'll communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
• You'll contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10-12 years of previous experience. M.Tech / MBA is a plus.
