Industry: Energy / Power Storage / Hydrogen TechnologiesRole Objective:Lead the design, prototyping, and scale-up of mechanical systems for RCT's hydrogen and energy storage solutions. The role involves integrating advanced German technology with Indian fabrication and deployment requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead mechanical design of hydrogen fuel cell components, pressure vessels, and integrated storage systemsCollaborate with global engineering teams to localize designs to Indian manufacturing standardsPerform FEA, thermal analysis, fatigue analysis, and pressure containment simulationsDevelop BOMs, technical drawings, assembly guidelines, and manufacturing specificationsCoordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost optimizationDrive innovation in compact energy storage systems for industrial and utility-scale applicationsInterface with clients, EPC contractors, and certification agencies for design validation and complianceQualifications:B.E./M.E. in Mechanical or Manufacturing EngineeringStrong proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks or Creo), Ansys, and relevant design codes (ASME, IS 2825)Prior experience in hydrogen storage systems, battery systems, or compressed gas technologies preferredHands-on exposure across the design-to-prototype-to-production lifecycle
