Experience: 10–15 yearsRole Objective:
To architect and execute electrical system designs for RCT's renewable and hydrogen-based power systems, ensuring performance, safety, and scalability across applications.Key Responsibilities:Design electrical layouts for solar + hydrogen hybrid systems and energy storage integrationsLead LV/MV system design, inverter integration, protection schemes, and grid complianceCreate detailed electrical drawings, cable schedules, SLDs, and wiring diagramsCollaborate with global teams on CE/UL/IEC standard alignment and technology transferSupport integration of SCADA, control systems, and remote monitoring infrastructureWork closely with EPC teams to ensure installability, safety, and successful commissioningLead electrical audits and prepare documentation for statutory and regulatory approvalsQualifications:B.E./M.E. in Electrical EngineeringStrong knowledge of solar PV systems, fuel cell interfaces, and grid standardsProficient in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, or similar design toolsFamiliarity with Indian Electrical Code, IEC 62109, CEA regulations, and safety standards
