- Candidate will be responsible for driving Electrical Software E&I Electrical Designer Business in specified international market starting from sales calling, enquiry generation, technical demos, order closure and handling account after sales.
- A deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies for driving & achieving sales targets.
- Handling online enquiries, downloads, generating leads and enquiries, new business leads and opportunities from specified International Region.
- Development of the prospect pipeline through identification and focused research.
- Candidate will need to work very closely with marketing team members to support in marketing activities.
- Finding qualified large companies and key people in the assigned region (International Market).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information, providing feedback, and collaborating with team members and customers.
- Candidate may be responsible for more than one territory and preparing & executing sales strategies to achieve personal business / order targets.
- Staying up to date with latest electrical software industry trends.
- Competitor Analysis & Positioning against them.
- Ready to drive & achieve sales target.
- Technical knowledge of Electrical Sector.
- Prior sales experience in Electrical Engineering Software Industry is preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information, providing feedback, and collaborating with team members and customers.
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- The ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve sales performance.
- Familiarity with latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mail chimp, etc.)
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Power point.
- Able to present business achievements in weekly meetings to senior management.
