Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and servers.Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis of outages and degradations.Maintain and administer LAN, WAN, and VPN environments, ensuring secure and reliable communication.Manage network firewall rules, access controls, and security protocols in accordance with cybersecurity best practices.Ensure regular backups of network configurations and disaster recovery planning.Perform system and network upgrades, patches, and firmware updates as needed.Configure and manage IP addressing schemes, DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation.Support end-users and technical teams in resolving network-related issues.Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.Assist in planning and implementing network architecture changes and expansions.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
