• Knowledge on IBM Rational DOORS and DOORS NG.
• Customization & configuration of DNG templates and Server Administration.
• Use-case based practical evaluation of different ELM tool chains.
• Experience in defining solution for large enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Webservices (REST), Open-Source products, and JSON.
• Expertise of developing java & JavaScript based plugins.
• Proficient experience on change and configuration management in DOORS NG.
• Knowledge on RTC (Rational Team Concert), RQM (Rational Quality Manager), JRS (Jazz Reporting Service), RPE (Rational Publishing Engine) and RELM (Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager)
• Interpersonal skills to work with multi-functional teams and able to support aircraft level verification activity.

• Knowledge on Agile (Sprint, Kanban) and waterfall models and practices.
• Contribute to product strategies, technology roadmaps and improvements in engineering quality and efficiency.

• B.E / B. Tech / M. Tech in Computer Science or Information Tech. Engineering.
• Minimum 24 months of experience in Systems Engineering.

• A strong sense of personal accountability and seek to succeed. Owns system development assignments, including system trades, setting, and negotiating requirements, end to end documentation, scheduling, design and analysis, build, qualification, production, and test.
• Experience in multiple phases which includes writing requirements, proposing architecture and design, solution implementation, verification, validation and delivery for firmware and software platforms, from initial conception to successful execution.
• Ability to promote customer happiness with capability to establish effective working relationships with internal partners, and the external customers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with limited oversight.
• Capable of playing the nodal technical role for large scale programs.
