Systems Engr II

• Knowledge of Environmental Control Systems product line.
• Working experience on ECS System Projects with knowledge on system architectures.
• Knowledge of Aerospace System Standards - ARP4754, ARP4761.

• Demonstrated capability to perform system integration testing or functional qualification testing with the following process using system integration benches.
• Having exposure to System Integration bench setup with Tool sets like Unity, CMS, BETSI & EDAT or equivalent tools.
• Fair understanding of communication protocols like AFDX, CAN, A429 with knowledge on Digital Interface Requirement Specification (DIRS).
• Fair understanding on Control Systems with sound knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink modeling.
• Proficient experience on change management (ex: DOORS, Serena/ClearCase tools).
• Knowledge on Agile (Sprint, Kanban) and waterfall models and practices.
• Interpersonal skills to work with multi-functional teams and able to support aircraft level verification activities.
• Contribute to product strategies, technology roadmaps and improvements in engineering quality and efficiency.

• B.E / B. Tech / M. Tech in Electrical or Electronics engineering or Computer Science or Control System Engineering.
• Minimum 24 months of experience in Systems Engineering.

• A strong sense of personal accountability and seek to succeed. Owns system development assignments, including system trades, setting and negotiating requirements, end to end documentation, scheduling, design and analysis, build, qualification, production, and test
• Experience in multiple phases which includes writing requirements, proposing architecture and design, solution implementation, verification, validation and delivery for firmware and software platforms, from initial conception to successful execution.
• Ability to promote customer happiness with the capability to establish effective working relationships with internal partners, and the external customers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with limited oversight.
• Knowledge on Python scripting for Tool Automation.
• Capable of playing the nodal technical role for large scale programs.
