- Business Development and Sales: Develop business and grow existing accounts for our client
- Capacity Planning: Managing book order quantity
- Order Management: Need to manage brand's order execution starting from development to deliveries.
- Performance Management: Monitor the performance of the brand based on delivery, compliance, quality, efficiency and other KPI's as required by brand.
- Implement Brand Initiative: Being the brand manager, responsible to lead and inspire the brand's initiatives in our client's operations.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and timely execution of development/commercialization /production to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Brand Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with the brand ensuring their expectations are either achieved or exceeded.
- Business Analysis: Analyse the performance parameters of the brand and ensure they are either achieved or exceed.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact the business.
- Compliance: All the compliances are met as far as brand requirements are concerned.
- Reporting: Generate & evaluate regular reports on below key performance metrics and present to CEO any corrective action plan or plan to improve performance:
- Delivery performance (production & development)
- Quality performance (production & development)
- Warehouse return
- PPH performance
- Defective returns
- Order acceptance
- Costing
- Should have mandatorily led factory level production, manufacturing and sales to further brands (15 years+)
- An expert in business development and key account management (15 years+)
- An expert in P&L management and cost control
- Should be an expert people leader (10 years+)
- Should be entreprenuerial
- Ideally should come from footwear/apparel background
- Masters degree in fashion, management & product development is preferred
- Be a part of executive leadership
