Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-Python DeveloperThis role requires a deep understanding of Python programming, AI/ML core concepts, and the ability to design, implement, and optimize data workflows.Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Python code to solve complex problems, including list and string manipulations.
- Explore and implement frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, evaluating their strengths and use cases.
- Design and implement workflows, distinguishing between linear and complex workflows based on project needs.
- Work on Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance AI model performance.
- Apply machine learning core concepts to develop and deploy AI models.
- Integrate embedding models with vector databases to enable efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python programming, with a focus on solving advanced problems in lists and strings.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools, including LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG.
- Experience and understanding of Django framework.
- Understanding of embedding models and their integration with vector databases.
- Strong grasp of logic building, linear and complex workflow design and implementation.
- Familiarity with machine learning core concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of backend and frontend technology, bootstrap, html, css, js.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience with vector database technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and their AI/ML offerings.
- Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
