- Make outbound calls to leads and explain Kamzo’s services.
- Follow up with interested users and resolve their queries.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and follow-through.
- Gather user feedback and report key insights to the team.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
