Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients including EPC contractors, industrial users, utilities, and government departments across India. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and participation in relevant exhibitions/trade shows. Develop customized commercial and technical proposals in coordination with the engineering team. Negotiate and close orders in line with company targets and profit margins.Market Development & Strategy: Conduct detailed market mapping of transformer requirements across target sectors and regions. Track tenders, rate contracts, and vendor registrations. Prepare and submit required documentation for empanelment with government departments and PSUs.Client Relationship Management:Team Building & Expansion:Reporting & Coordination: Maintain CRM and submit regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on leads, closures, and performance KPIs. Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch departments to ensure timely order execution.
