About The Role To improve the CX collection experience and unleash the blocks with multi linguistic conversational BOT. Solve the complex problems with our BOT and improve productivity by building in house ASR and models, which requires strong linguistic labels. To build a strong analytic, problem solving and research, classify, annotate and evaluate structured and unstructured data, whether curated, user generated, or auto generated. Responsibilities Participate in the achievement of the labelling objectives through data entry, analysis metrics. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Accurately annotate and label large datasets and this includes tasks such as speech tagging, speech transcriptions, and image annotations. Utilize language expertise to ensure high quality annotations and bring their deep understanding of language structures, semantics and syntax to enhance the performance of models. Develop and maintain automated labelling and labelling data reporting solutions for functional leadership Identify and support business needs and recommend solutions that integrate with existing data and technical solutions. Creating Entity and training data sets for machine learning models from structured and unstructured data Understanding and defining the relationship between labelled entities in unstructured documents Performs annotation to text files to support ground truth data generation. Perform repetitive annotation activities and adapt to dynamic instructions without compromising on quality. Requirements A graduate with 1-3 years of experience preferably from linguistics background or Quantitative fields such as science and engineering are preferred, not mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Reader, writer and speaker of Arabic Basic knowledge of ML data labelling process, related tools Flexibility and interest to do repetitive tasks are required High level of energy and proactive nature.
