This pivotal role requires an experienced professional with exceptional leadership capabilities to oversee the entire operation of a hotel, ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: 1. Assume full responsibility for the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, maintenance, and other operational areas. 2. Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive work environment focused on collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. 3. Liaison and record budgets, and control costs in coordination with Head Office. 4. Uphold and enforce quality standards and operational protocols to ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact and representative of the Head Office at client sites in Bahrain, effectively communicating with stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships. 6. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives aimed at driving business growth, and enhancing operational efficiency. 8. Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, implement effective solutions, and resolve issues promptly to mitigate risks and optimize performance. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 2. Proven experience of 3 years in hotel operations management, with a track record of success in delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving operational excellence. 3. Fluency in Arabic and English languages, both verbal and written, is mandatory for effective communication with clients and team members. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. 5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders. 6. Basic financial acumen and budget management skills. 7.
