Experience:· Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM / BAW Development· Should have good experience of developing complex processes· Should have experience in developing End to End solution· Should have good experience on consuming REST APIsTechnical Skills:· Should be expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework· Should be experienced in CSHS and integration services· Should be experienced with BPD design· Should have knowledge on process application deployments· Should have experience on Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM· Advance knowledge on events and gateways· Should have knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM· Should be expert in exception handelling at process and servoce level.Functional Skills:· Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred· Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices· Experience in Agile methodology· Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization· Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
