This full-time position is ideal for individuals with up to 6 years of work experience. As a Junior Architect, you will collaborate with our skilled design team to deliver innovative architectural solutions. We seek candidates who are passionate about design and eager to contribute to our projects' success by bringing innovative solutions and creative ideas.Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory for executing architectural designs and producing construction documents (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite is essential for producing high-quality design presentations and visual strategies (Mandatory skill).
Ability to utilize Revit for creating detailed architectural models and conducting analysis for project requirements.
Skilled in using SketchUp for building and rendering 3D models as part of the design process.
Proficient in Lumion for creating realistic renderings and animations to support project presentations.
Experience in 3D Modeling to build accurate and innovative design models for client presentations.
Knowledge in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance coordination and efficiency through integrated project delivery.
Experienced in Construction Documentation to detail and communicate project specifications effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior architects and design team to develop and execute architectural designs from concept to completion.
Assist in preparing detailed construction drawings, layouts, and specifications as per project requirements.
Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to design and modify architectural plans and supporting documents.
Create visual representations of designs using Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp for client presentations.
Engage with clients to understand and translate their needs into actionable design concepts and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards during the design and execution phases.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project progress tracking.
Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and facilitate smooth project execution.
