Leveraging this IP and combining it with our platforms, domain expertise, engineering and digital expertise and collaborative partnerships, we are a team of 40,000 delivering tailored services and solutions driving tangible results at scale for our clients.Job Description:Role OverviewWe are seeking a Practice Head – Cyber Security to build, scale, and lead a global security practice focused on cloud security, identity, governance, SOC transformation, and managed security offerings.This is a practice ownership role. The role owns security strategy, service portfolio, GTM, alliances, solution engineering enablement, and practice growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Strategy & Ownership

Define and own the enterprise and cloud security practice vision, roadmap, and operating model

Establish security service portfolio across cloud, identity, data, network, and security operations

Define practice KPIs including pipeline, revenue influence, attach rate, and partner contribution

Lead Security Center of Excellence (CoE) for standards, frameworks, and reusable IP

Security Services & Offerings

Own service offerings across:

– Cloud Security & Posture Management (CSPM, Zero Trust)– Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDAM)– Security Operations & SOC modernization– Data security, governance, and compliance

Define security maturity assessments and security transformation roadmaps

Drive integration of security with CloudOps, SRE, AI, DR, and Platform Engineering

Solution Engineering & Presales Enablement

Own security reference architectures, solution patterns, and design standards

Enable presales, bid teams, and security architects with playbooks and solution artifacts

Support large deals, strategic pursuits, and complex RFP/RFI responses

Act as security solution sponsor for executive customer engagements

GTM, Alliances & Ecosystem

Build and execute GTM strategy for security services and managed security offerings

Own strategic alliances with security vendors and hyperscalers

Drive joint offerings, co-sell motions, marketplace listings, and partner-led pipeline

Support analyst interactions, security POVs, and market positioning

Talent & Capability Development

Define security skill taxonomy, role definitions, and certification paths

Build and nurture a future-ready security talent pipeline

Mentor senior security architects and practice leads

Promote security-by-design culture across engineering and platform teams

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in cloud and enterprise security architecture

Deep experience across IAM, SIEM/SOAR, SOC, Zero Trust, and data security

Familiarity with leading security platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Fortinet)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security services

12–18+ years of experience building and scaling security practices or CoEs

Proven GTM, alliance, and presales leadership experience
