Summary of Job Description : Knowledge of public sector projects and program management Execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations Contribute to knowledge development and management Process development and improvement Manage clients and built professional relationships Strong data analytics skills Be a strong team player Detailed Job Description: Role - Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of Economic Growth, Industrial Development, Economic Corridors, Public Finance, Monitoring & Evaluation Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate Actively establish & strengthen client and internal relationships Assist in developing new methodologies, frameworks and internal initiatives Responsibilities - Execution on client engagements - Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements Demonstrate industry expertise (detailed understanding of the industry, trends, issues/challenges and leading practices) Preparation of reports/deliverables/project tracking reports/client presentations Demonstrate ability of multi-task and manage projects Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique Contribute to knowledge management sessions within the practice Skills Required - Basic awareness of public finance and macroeconomics Ability to take up Economic and fiscal analysis, knowledge of statistics and advanced skills in MS Excel Strong research analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Adept at picking up new concepts quickly A thorough team player Out-of-box thinking Adaptability to long term travel and change
