- Assist in developing new methodologies, frameworks and internal initiatives
- Execution on client engagements - Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements
- Demonstrate industry expertise (detailed understanding of the industry, trends, issues/challenges and leading practices)
- Preparation of reports/deliverables/project tracking reports/client presentations
- Demonstrate ability of multi-task and manage projects
- Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique

- Basic awareness of public finance and macroeconomics
- Ability to take up Economic and fiscal analysis, knowledge of statistics and advanced skills in MS Excel
