Finance Controller

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial planning, accounting, and reporting for our India operations. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Companies Act, 2013, as well as excellent leadership and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement, in accordance with Ind AS and Companies Act, 2013.
2. Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely accounting of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
3. Financial Planning: Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support business objectives.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory requirements, including GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act, 2013.
5. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
6. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
7. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.Requirements:
1. Qualifications: CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a controller or similar role, preferably in India.
3. Skills: Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, 2013, and Indian regulatory requirements, excellent analytical and leadership skills.What We Offer:
