Working with the leadership team to grow the business in Kerala Responsibilities: - Managing the clients effectively. - Work closely with the team to develop and execute client's monthly deliverables - Help the company with new business development initiatives - Ensure specific individual KRAs are met for the team members. - Create effective monthly/quarterly communication plans the clients - Ensure transparent communication across team and with clients - Develop an environment that promotes ownership and accountability at all levels - Ensure high client satisfaction and achieve organization goals enlisted by company time to time.
